To ensure full transparency, we present our recruitment process step by step:

Application and selection

After receiving the application documents, we analyze them thoroughly. We only contact candidates who have been selected for the next stage. No response means that the application has not been selected to continue the process.

Interview

Those invited to the next stage take part in a meeting with a representative of the HR department and a subject matter expert. This is a mutual opportunity to get to know each other – we want to better understand your skills, and you can learn more about our team and the opportunities we offer.

Verification of practical skills

In selected recruitment processes, we organize an additional meeting during which candidates have the opportunity to present their skills in a practical work environment.

Decision and feedback

After the process is completed, each participant receives feedback from us. We respect your time and commitment — that is why no one is left without a response.

KGHM CUPRUM is open to working with young, talented people who are at the beginning of their professional careers. Therefore, there is an opportunity to take part in free student internships.

INTERNSHIP OFFER AT THE SYSTEMS ANALYTICS DEPARTMENT

As part of the research and scientific activities conducted at the Systems Analytics Department, we offer an internship program for students in the position of: DATA ANALYST
Main tasks and responsibilities:

performing partial tasks in research and development projects,
developing internal tools for automating the acquisition, processing and modeling of large data sets,
participating in project meetings.

Requirements:

completion of at least 1 year of studies in the following fields: mathematics, electronics, computer science,
well-developed data analysis and synthesis skills,
ability to program in Python or knowledge of Matlab/R environments,
ability to build data-driven narratives and create data visualizations.
